STRUCTURAL BODYWORK - THREE SERIES
Influenced by Structural Integration(SI)- Rolf Method, the three series offers an introduction to the work of SI. SI works with fascia which is very different than working with muscles. It is a process of unwinding compensatory holding patterns, layer by layer, reorganizing the structures of the body, and refining movement to bring more balance and ease to the whole person.
Cupping therapy uses glass cups to create suction which draws up tissue, increasing local blood and fluid circulation. Cupping dates back over 5000 years. There is evidence that most primitive cultures used cupping as well as the ancient Egyptians and Greeks to treat many ailments. Cupping is very effective in releasing constricted tissue, treating injuries, and restoring mobility and function to joints and soft tissue. It can also be used to help facilitate in the healing of respiratory illnesses.
